We all have a varied age for our relationship’s honeymoon period. Some relationships have never ending honeymoon phase and for some it just does not even last for a month. It is that time of a relationship where it is hard to keep two people off each other and even they are unwilling to keep themselves away. The phase where you neglect one another’s flaws and all you could see is how perfect they are. But when the loving feeling starts fading away, your honeymoon period starts facing a down fall and then it could face an end. Here are the signs that the honeymoon phase of your relationship is over.

  1. Communication rate slows down

It is no more like being on long phone calls and when you disconnect, your phone have those popping new message notifications. Your speed of communication has slowed down and you both communicate on a normal punctuation. It means the desperate need you had to remind the other person of your presence is no more the same.

Initially you might have lied a bit to impress your potential partner and those lies can be too stupid and small ones. But now you admit about them and adopt honesty. Like, you could have said you love Vietnamese food but now you will accept your lie.

The biggest sign is that there is no more public display of affection. If it is mutual then there is nothing to be worried about. You both have become comfortable with each other that you do not need to advertise your love any more.

You might hear these words less or even you might say these words less but there is no need to worry about this. It just means that you both are secure about your relationship and togetherness.

In the initial stage of your honeymoon period, you might be always over-aware about your impression; you just want to make the best impression of yourself. But now there are no such efforts. You are comfortable enough to stop pretending.

During the honeymoon period, you are constantly trying to impress your partner with tales of how wonderful you are but this can stop now. If they love you, they’ll love you for who you are, and this is one ending to the honeymoon period that pretty much everyone is probably happy about.
