- Pee if you really need to
Peeing after sex is healthy as it cleans your vagina and keeps it free from bacteria which may turn into UTIs. Do not force yourself to pee, wait until you really need to go.
- Feel if there is any discomfort
You know what is normal and what is not normal in your body. It is normal to feel pain and discomfort when you are dry, but feeling the same pain every time you have discomfort is not normal.
- Think about what just happened
Recap everything you did; the things you like, the things you dislike, what you want to do again and what you do not want to repeat. Once you are done with self-recap. Think about everything with your partner, so that they know what you like and dislike.
- Talk with your partner
This is the most important thing you can do after sex.
- Keep touching
Just because you are done with the action does not mean you should stop touching each other.
- Compliments
Let your partner know how much you love being together. Compliment him in his kisses or the way he enters you.
