Though the right time to meet the parents also depends on a lot on how strict or relaxed your parents are. It might not be a big issue for you, but it can be a big issue for your partner as meeting parents means you are serious about your relationship and willing to take the relationship to the next level. If your parents are serious, it is better you take some time to prepare your man so that he knows what your parents expect. 1. You are in a mutually exclusive relationship

Once you are mutually exclusive, it is the right time to meet the parents. Once you have decided that you want to spend your life with your partner, it is the right moment to introduce your man to your parents.

If your partner is comfortable hanging out with your friends then it is the time, you can make them meet your parents.  It is less pressure to meet your friends than your family, so if they have grown comfortable meeting your friends, then you can take things a level higher and make your man meet your parents.

3. He has met your other family members

If your man has met your extended family member accidentally or intentionally, then it is the time to make your man meet your parents. There are chances that your extended family member might start gossiping about you and your man. So before your parents get to know about your relationship with someone else and create a fuss about it, it is better you tell them on your own.
