10 Easy-Peasy Hacks To Keep Your Clothes And Shoe Brand New!

Wearing your clothes and shows for a longer period puts them at a risk of getting dirty or makes them dirty. We plan to throw away our dirty shoes or denim because we think they are of no use now and wearing them will look dirty and unhygienic. But in reality, you can actually enhance their lifespan. Here are 10 easy-peasy hacks to keep your clothes and shoe brand new.
- Vinegar and salt
When you buy black jeans, soak it in a bucket full of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 cup of vinegar to it. This way your jeans will not fade as the dye will set in properly.
- Hair conditioner
When you have to wash lingerie or woolen clothes, add I tablespoon of conditioner to the washing machine to make them smell fresh and feel soft.
- Foam nail file
To clean your suede shoes, instead of using water or soap, use foam nail file.
- Window cleaner
The gloss of leather becomes dull when we wear it for too long, so to restore the shine, spray window cleaner on it and wipe it off with a piece of cloth.
- Carbonated water
To remove blood stains from your clothes, wash your cloth in a mixture of water, detergent and carbonated water.
- Vinegar
Take a spray bottle and pour vinegar and cold water in it. Sprinkle the mixture on white spots of your leather bags and shoes and then wipe it off with a piece of cloth.
- Baby powder
If your cloth has grease stains, then sprinkle baby powder on the stain and leave it there till it gets soaked. After a while, wash your cloth with regular water.
- Salt water
Salt water will help you soften your clothes. Take 1-liter of water and add half glass of salt to it. Then soak your clothes in this mixture for a few days. Wash your clothes with regular detergent afterward.
- Velcro
To remove pilling(form small balls of fluff on cloth) from your clothes, use Velcro. Press the strip of Velcro on piling and rub it off gently.
- White vinegar
Use white conditioner or white vinegar to soften your silk clothes. Add ¼ cup of white vinegar in a bucket full of water and soak your silk clothes in it after washing. This process will restore the softness and shine of your silk clothes.
